  • Returns are accepted for 30 days after the receipt of your item. All returns must be approved prior to returning. All returns must be packaged in the original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. 

     

    Damaged in Shipping

    If damage has occured during shipping, please snd pictures and a description of the damage to us at: info@mksguitars.com so we may start a claim with the shipper.

  • Shipping is provided by UPS Ground. Tracking info will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Items will ship as soon as they are made available for the customer. 

     

    International Shipping

    All international shipping is provided by UPS when available. Please not that due to customs, longer than average shipping times may occur as well as additional fees.
